Over the past 3 years, we’ve been integrating AI into our research solutions, processes, and platforms to deliver AI-powered strategies to enable our clients to get closer to their customers in faster, smarter ways. This has included the development of our own proprietary generative AI tool - Strat7GPT - and other AI-driven analysis techniques, such as our Segmentation chatbot and Whycatcher, our research platform which uses AI to help collect and analyse data.
However, we’re obviously not the only ones. Our recent B2B research for NTT Data shows we’re living in the age of GenAI!
We explored how organisations are strategising for GenAI and looked at the underlying technologies and security challenges, the cultural effect on the workforce, and responsibility for the ethics, safety, and sustainability of GenAI.
Overall, we found genuine excitement and positivity about GenAI, with organisations quickly maturing in their understanding of how it is revolutionising many aspects of their business, as well as the lives of individuals. This explains why more than 60% of business decision makers believed that GenAI will be a “game changer” within two years and almost 70% are optimistic about the technology.
